Hey there, hi, hello!
I’m Taylor — you’re not-so typical (depending on who you ask) twenty-something.
“Does that make her a . . . *gulp* millennial?”
Yes, yes it does.
While there’s generally going to be negative connotations around the term, “millennials” in all aspects of the world, I believe that we have the power to change it. Why?
Because we’re self-obsessed, self-driven and self-motivated humans that, thanks to growing up in the golden age of technology, have become early adapters.
I’m not here to talk about what millennials can or can’t do; how they are or aren’t seen in various aspects of the public eye.
I’m here to talk about my journey to mental, emotional and economical stability as a millennial.
I’m here to question what I’ve been told; to vent when the thing in my mind get too jumbled to even speak out. I’m here to fight the stigma of mental health disorders, and educate on the importance of a non-corrupt psychiatric world.
I’m here to talk about myself; to talk about my life; to talk about (and to) you.
