Skeptical of Over-doing The Protein?

Hello my lovelies! I know I’ve fallen off the face of the earth, yet again, but I’ve been getting back into the swing of work after being awat for a week, all while job searching and adjusting to the recent changes I’ve made in my life. Anywho…  While researching up on some protein powders that I’ve been recommended to try, I stumbled upon this article that I found SOO helpful, and figured someone else out there probably would, too.

If you’re ever concerned about how much protein you should have in your diet (we’ve all been there at one point in time-lets be real) then this article is a God-sent for you!
