Today was a struggle. Woke up feeling like I got hit by a train, threw up in the middle of my workout, should’ve stopped but I pushed through until the end of it (though it wasn’t pretty). Hardly ate the rest of the day, but had a baby salad for dinner. I was feeling better and my throat was killing me after getting so sick, which meant one thing, and one thing only…froyo.
No regrets. Sometimes…you just need a heaping serving of froyo (or small amount of froyo and a mountain of toppings) to make the world seem like a better place. ❤
